Shipping Policy
Orders are basically delivered with DPD. If you are not at home, the deliveryman will try to deliver your order to your neighbors or will deliver your order to a DPD Parcel point near you.
Track & Trace code
You can track the delivery status of your order via the track & trace code you receive from us.
Change delivery time & location
Via the track & trace code, you can give 'drop off permission', change the delivery date or change your address including the option to have it delivered to a Pickup Parcel shop.

Order from € 70: free shipping
Order up to € 70:
- Netherlands: €6.95
- Europe: €12.95
Delivery time
We use the following delivery times:
Orders placed on weekdays before 3 p.m. will be shipped the same day.
- Delivery Netherlands: In most cases you will receive your order within 1 - 2 working days!
- Delivery time Europe: In most cases you will receive your order within 3 - 5 working days.
The above delivery times are indicative and it may happen, for example, by extra busy at carriers in certain periods, that the delivery takes a little longer.
You do not need an account to place an order. You can fill in the address where you would like to receive the order.
